We were blown away by the amazing and friendly staff who made our stay truly unforgettable. The breathtaking sea view from our bedroom, combined with the cool breezes throughout the day, left us in awe. The cleanliness of the facilities exceeded our expectations, and we were provided with all the essentials we needed. The surrounding area had fantastic restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the walk back to the villa at night under the star-filled sky was magical. The attention to detail and the daily maintenance of our room made us feel like VIP guests. We cannot recommend this place enough!

Villa Joanna is a hidden gem in Vasilikos. The location is perfect for nature lovers, with a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean, with two balconies offering breathtaking views of both the sea and the mountains. The staff, led by the friendly and helpful host Denis, ensured that all our needs were met. The airport shuttle service provided was seamless. We also appreciated the proximity to beautiful beaches, just a short walk through olive groves, as well as local stores and tavernas. The daily room maintenance and provision of a requested child bed were great conveniences.

We felt very much at home during our stay at Villa Joanna, with absolutely no complaints.

The air-conditioned studios at Villa Joanna were amazing! The furnished balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea and olive groves made me feel like I was in paradise. As an adventure traveler, I love being surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, and this view definitely exceeded my expectations.

Personally, I would have preferred a terrace instead of a balcony in some of the units. While the balcony provided a nice view, having a spacious terrace would have been even more enjoyable for relaxing outdoors.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Joanna. The location was perfect, situated in a peaceful area of Vasilikos. We appreciated being just a short walk away from the main road and about 20 minutes from St Nikolas beach. The hosts, Dennis and his family, were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer our questions and accommodate our requests. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and we especially loved the breathtaking view of the olive trees and the sea from the garden. a truly relaxing and enjoyable holiday experience.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff helped me with good exchange rate. It suits me with Wi-Fi, Valet parking, Electric kettle, Cookware/Kitchen utensils, Air conditioning, Paid airport shuttle. I keep coming back for romantic escape.

Overlooking the Ionian Sea from the furnished balcony was like having my own personal movie screen. The view was so stunning, it felt as if I was a character in an epic adventure film, surrounded by the beauty of nature and the enchanting olive groves around me. It made me feel like a true explorer, discovering the hidden gems of Zakynthos.

The view from the furnished balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea and olive groves was absolutely breathtaking. It made me feel like I was in paradise. The fully equipped kitchenette in the apartment was a game changer for us. We saved so much money by cooking our meals. Plus, the fridge facilities were perfect for keeping our drinks cold. Having two separate bedrooms in the apartment was a huge plus for our family. The kids had their own space and we could finally get some much-needed privacy.

Personally, I found the private bathroom with shower a bit small. But hey, it did the job and others might not mind it at all.

The surroundings of the place were beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The accommodation was alright, but the real highlight was the spacious and colorful terraces adorned with flowers. Spending time there was a delight. The people were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make me feel at home. They even offered to drive me to the local shop upon arrival. The location was also convenient, with supermarkets, bakeries, and coffee shops nearby. The most beautiful beaches were just a short drive away, making it a great base to explore the area.

To my stay. the distance to the beach was a bit greater than expected, and since it was low season, there were fewer transportation options.

For the price we paid, our stay at Villa Joanna was a great value. The room was comfortable and clean, with a charming Greek style. The location was ideal, close to beautiful beaches and convenient amenities like a supermarket and bakery. The owners were kind and went above and beyond to help us, even driving us to get petrol when we needed it. it was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend it.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better would have been the addition of a coffee or tea machine.

The location was great, as we could easily walk to Mavratzi Beach and the apartment was within walking distance. They also provided free parking, which was convenient. We really enjoyed our time spent here, especially with Dionysios Solomos airport being so close by.
